Military Service

What Does Honor, Courage, and Commitment mean to you?
I live my values. In the Marines I wasn't afraid to get into good trouble:
I reported sexual misconduct, race and gender misconduct, and abuse of power in the Marines before it was a trend.
I suffered for doing right; I was stripped of rank and hazed by my superiors (I also reported this), but I persevered.
I chose to fight even when it meant personal and financial harm would come, even when I was the only Marine to denounce and expose the wrongdoing.
And I have the receipts to prove it.

Thank You for Your Service!
Commitment
VALUES: Justice, Judgement, Dependability, Initiative, Decisiveness, Tact, Integrity, Enthusiam, Bearing, Unselfishness, Courage, Knowledge, Loyalty, Endurance
COMMITMENT: Veterans who live by these values are priority hires across my entities and brands
SERVICE CONNECTION: My father served during Vietnam; my grandfather served in the Army
LEARNING CURVE: Not all who serve are reputable. I reported many Marines for illegal conduct during my service
Values
QUOTE: "Values are instructions: they only work if you apply them correctly" -Theresa Giovanna
HARD LESSONS: Doing what's right will almost always mean sacrifice [are you willing to to pay?]
FOOD FOR THOUGHT: Are you willing to give your life for what you believe in? Are you leading or in the crowd?
HOMEWORK: What is your most significant life achievement? See if you can beat it.
